    Katelyn Githens, Litigation Scheduling Paralegal

    Katelyn serves as the firm’s Litigation Scheduling Paralegal, managing the coordination and scheduling of matters in active litigation and pre-suit disputes where litigation is anticipated. She works closely with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and attorney meetings. In addition to maintaining litigation calendars and deadlines, she helps ensure attorneys are fully prepared for upcoming events by organizing schedules, materials, and case logistics to support the efficient handling of each matter.

    Dee Dee Hunter, Billing and Office Administrator

    Dee Dee serves as the firm’s Billing and Office, overseeing client invoicing and assisting with the firm’s day-to-day operations. She works closely with attorneys and staff to ensure billing is handled accurately and efficiently while helping maintain the smooth operation of the office. Her organizational skills and attention to detail support both the administrative and operational needs of the firm.

    Raina Koehler, Defense Expert Coordination Paralegal

    Raina serves as the firm’s Defense Expert Paralegal, working closely with attorneys to coordinate all aspects of expert witness involvement in litigation matters. She ensures that qualified expert witnesses are timely identified and retained, and that the appropriate experts are selected based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. She is responsible for organizing and transmitting case materials and records to expert witnesses for review, tracking deadlines, and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure timely and complete expert reports are received. She also facilitates communication of expert findings and reports to attorneys and clients, helping to support informed case evaluation and litigation strategy.

    Ashlynn Pronovost, Records Retrieval Paralegal

    Ashlynn serves as the firm’s Records Retrieval Paralegal, responsible for drafting and managing subpoenas for medical, employment, insurance, and educational records in support of the defense of each case. She works closely with attorneys to ensure that all relevant records are properly requested, obtained, and reviewed so that the defense team has access to complete and accurate information necessary to evaluate and defend each matter. Through careful attention to detail and diligent follow-up, she helps ensure the timely receipt of critical documentation that supports informed decision-making throughout the litigation process.

    Amy Reine, Subpoena Management & Compliance Paralegal

    Amy serves as the firm’s Subpoena Management and Compliance Paralegal, responsible for ensuring compliance with subpoenas for medical, employment, insurance, and educational records sent to providers. She works closely with attorneys, third-party record custodians, and opposing parties to ensure that all subpoenaed materials are properly requested, tracked, and produced in a timely manner. She monitors response deadlines and organizes incoming records to ensure completeness and accuracy. Through diligent coordination and attention to detail, she helps ensure that all parties requesting records have timely access to the information necessary for the effective handling of each case.

    Carrie Rivera, Litigation Paralegal and Case Manager

    Carrie serves as the firm’s Litigation Case Manager, overseeing new case intake and managing all aspects of case progression from inception through trial. She is responsible for organizing and tracking discovery, case management order deadlines, pre-trial order requirements, and trial schedules to ensure full compliance with court-imposed deadlines. Working closely with attorneys, she provides comprehensive litigation support and helps coordinate the various components of each matter to maintain efficiency and organization throughout the lifecycle of the case. Her oversight ensures that cases remain on track, deadlines are met, and each matter is fully prepared for trial.
